Chef Tony has 30 years cooking experience and has spent 14 years cooking for some of London's finest Thai Restaurants. Tony only uses the frshest ingredients in order to ensure Thai food of the highest quality. Tony has many specialities, but would recommend that diners try his Lamb Shank Penang or Pad Cha Talay - both guaranteed to send your taste buds on holiday.
